We built engineered Sky Towers, use the best of class equipment, spare no expense on the facility, but on the drive home what you will remember most is how our staff took care of you and your family. This starts with the first phone call to our Flight Attendants “Customer Service”, then to the on-site check-in to Flight School and finally to your Flight Captains. As a thank you every guest will receive a Captains Card for a Free Flight when you bring one retail paying guest back on your next visit. Flight Captains take up to 8 guests up on a flight on the zipline tours. There is one flight captain that goes before the group and one the sends a guest one by one to the receiving flight captain. Most of them are also certified to facilitate the high ropes course challenge course. The flight crew takes your safety very serious and are highly trained under the ACCT guidelines (Association of Challenge Course Technology) Acctinfo.org and are CPR/First Aid certified.
